Moroccan chickpeas

  1. Fry onion for 5min.
  2. Add garlic and spice mix, fry for a few seconds then tip in toms and mash them.
  3. Bring to boil, add chickpeas, cover and simmer for 8min.
  4. Chuck in spinach and coriander and cook for 2 min.
  5. Serve with naan and yogurt.
