- 250g jumbo oats
- 125g butter
- 125g light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- handful of raisins / sultanas (optional)
- Melt butter in pan
- Add sugar and mix until disolved
- Add golden syrup, raisins and oats
- Mix well, transfer to lined tray
- Bake at 180C fan for 12 min
