  1. Preheat oven 180 fan
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, onion, garlic chill in roasting tin with oil and sea salt. Roast for 45 min
  3. Add chopped toms, peanut butter and stock back into oven for 15 min
  4. Serve with rice, coriander and peanuts
