- 600g peeled carrots
- 200g red lentils
- 1 stick celery
- 1 onion
- Chunk ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric and coriander
- Atleast 1L water
- Fresh coriander
- Fry seeds
- Add onion, garlic, ginger
- Add celery and lentils
- Add stock
- Simmer for 30 min
- Blend
