Bean chilli

Simple bean & veggie chilli. Goes well with tortilla chips and guacamole.

  1. Fry carrot, celery, onion, garlic, chilli in oil.
  2. Add tomato puree, cumin, coriander, bay, cinnamon, paprika.
  3. Add chopped toms, peppr and soy. Simmer and cook on low for 20 min.
  4. Add beans, simmer, cook for 15 min.

Serve with rice, guac, sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips.
